What this project taught me.
Throughout this whole project, I as an Individual have learnt to communicate with my peers better. As editing, shooting and explaining concepts does become an obstacle while making a music video or in fact any project that requires a group. I learnt how to deliver our ideas to the actors and my peers more clearly so that we could work towards the same goal with equal determination in completing this project. Communication is one aspect of my life that has been a struggle, in terms of being clear and creative, and this has allowed me to polish this skill. Communication will significantly impact all of my future projects and would help me finish tasks with more efficiency and more speed.
Team work is something else that I have found challenging. It is natural for us humans to have an ego and disagree when our ideas are challenged and defeated with a better one. When being open to suggestions, I learnt to be more open minded and more inclusive of others opinions and ideas regarding the storyline and how we should film this music video. Team Work is a core principal of success in any project and I am extremely grateful for this opportunity and what it has taught me.
